Our Real Estate Team Welcomes Danielle

McCormick Real Estate & Management welcomes Danielle Marie Walsh to the exciting world of Real Estate!  Danielle recently passed the real estate licensing exams and received her real estate salesperson license.

Danielle is native to the Pittsburgh area.  As a child, Danielle enjoyed the breathtaking view of our beautiful city from her home in Mt. Washington.  During her early teens, Danielle’s family moved to the South Hills area where she attended Baldwin High School.  Following high school, Danielle attended Duquesne University where she majored in mass communication with a minor in Sociology.  Upon completion of her Bachelor of Science Degree, Danielle relocated to different parts of the city to experience and to enjoy the individual characteristics and culture of the many communities that make up our great city.  She had the opportunity to watch and participate in the growth and development of several Pittsburgh city neighborhoods. 

Her experience in sales began as a regional salesperson with The Pittsburgh City Paper.  From there, Danielle went onto work with the UPMC and Unison Health Plans respectively.  Danielle’s sales experience and strong interest in the economic and community growth of Pittsburgh and its surrounding communities led Danielle to pursue a career in real estate.

Danielle is easily entertained by the precocious antics of her two adorable pugs who reside with her and her fiancé.  In her spare time, Danielle likes to run – so don’t be surprised if you see her running around town training for one of the many races in and around the Pittsburgh.

McCormick Real Estate Welcomes a New Agent

McCormick Real Estate & Management welcomes a new agent to our team, John Scott.  Born in Norristown, PA, John moved to the Penn Hills area at the age of 11.  During the summer, John would spend his summers in Maryland with his father.  John’s dad was involved in doing residential construction work.

John graduated from Penn Hills High School and continued his education at  Indiana University of Pennsylvania.   Following his graduation from IUP, John spent two years traveling to Salisbury, MD and Cleveland, OH.  Upon his return to the Pittsburgh area, John worked at Lowes as a Sales Specialist and Manager and settled down in Mt. Washington.  He received his Pennsylvania Real Estate License in March 2014.  John desires to further his career in real estate sales, property management and property development. 

In his spare time, John plays kick ball with the Pittsburgh Sports League, a gym class organized sports association.  John also loves Karaoke and you just might find him in a local pub near you.  Please join us in welcoming John Scott to our team!
